Project Coordinator for project of JICA “Planning survey to confirm the scope of JICA’s cooperation and the Government’s responsibility and “Preparation of a list of equipment for machinist and electrician trades” (2012), Under the framework of JICA’s assistance for stabilization and development of the Pakistan-Afghanistan border areas, JICA launched a technical cooperation project to develop capacity of the Government’s Technical and Vocational Centers to provide quality technical and vocation education and training (TVET) services.

Team leader for NRSP Project for End of project Evaluation. Under EU funder Project in four districts of Azad Kakshmir (March- June 2018). –       The National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), is implemented a project named “Supporting Inclusive Development through Community-Government Capacity Building and Partnership in four districts of AJK (including districts Bagh, Poonch, Sudhnoti and Kotli)”. This project is funded by the European Commission (EC) whereas NRSP is the implementing agency for this intervention

Team Leader Baseline Study to assess the pre-intervention situation in the program intervention districts –  larkana, Dadu, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Thatta, Mirepure Khas, specifically the micro and macro operational environments, and the key stakeholders that can influence the implementation of Sindh Medical Support  program at the district level. Director Education Uswa School System (2001-3) – a community based organization having presence in more than 65 rural areas all over the country with two technical training institutes at Skardu and Chinyot and more than 65 Primary and secondary schools, two cadet colleges in different areas of country. As Director of this community schools chain mobilized and interacted with 65 rural communities throughout Pakistan including KPK.

Senior Educational Consultant Uswa Education System Pakistan – an educational system running over 60 institutions all over country comprising primary and  high schools, degree colleges, two cadet colleges ,two technical training schools and one vocational training institutes for women in Skardu.

Worked with Federal Ministry of Education EFA wing in 2003-2004. Suggested strategy for effective media campaign through media and radio programs for adult literacy and out- of – school children. Developed media programs for EFA wing Ministry of Education

Developed a plan for NCHD Chakwal region for establishment of sustainable Adult literacy Centre in 2004

As Director Education Uswa System( 2001-2003) developed teacher training modules for over 400 teacher of Uswa School System, designed and conducted  trainings, monitoring and evaluation system  for Uswa. Worked as team member with Director Finance and gave inputs for budget preparation of the entire system comprising more than 60 institutions including Central and Regional Directorates. Worked with several National and International NGOs and Donor Agencies like USAID, TVO, JICA for different development projects during his stay as Director Education Uswa School System

Teaching Physics and Applied Physics in Bahria University Islamabad

More than 20 years teaching experience of teaching Cambridge, Oxford (O/A Levels) oriented syllabi. Taught as visiting lecturer in Shaheen School System – Pakistan Air Force Foundation, EMS school and College F-10 Islamabad, Bahria College Islamabad and Beaconhouse School System Margalla Campus Islamabad.

He is TEVT (technical education and vocational training system) specialist. He was team leader in ADB- Restructuring of TEVT System project, team leader JICA fact finding studies on TEVT institutions. He developed survey methodology and prepared survey instruments for heads of technical institutions under ADB Labour Market Survey project.

He was Team leader for JICA Project to develop capacity of the KPK Government’s Technical and Vocational Centers to provide quality technical and vocation education and training (TVET) services (September – December 2012)
